Senior Brian Walsh, an Electrical
student at Emmett O'Brien has found his niche at
All-Brite Electrical on 4 Industry Drive in West Haven,
CT. As part of the Work-Based Learning
(WBL) Program, Brian has duly impressed All-Brite owners
Stephan and Paul Borrelli.
"Brian does in house work such as electrical
prefabrication.. He assembles all electrical material
needed to complete on going jobs for All-Brite. We
are very pleased with Brian. He will become an excellent
future electrician. He is reliable and dependable." added
Paul Borelli whose company has hired Emmett students in
the past on WBL.
Rich Massaro was the skillfull and
knowledgeable mentor provided for Brian. Mr. Massaro
found his association with Brian successful and added, "Due
to his Electrical training at Emmett, Brian has an excellent
background in Electrical Theory."
The dedication and focus Rich Massaro
put forth in order to help Brian left a strong impression
on the EOB Electrical student, "He is a great
guy, and he taught me a vast knowledge of electrical parts
and how to use them in the electrical trade."
All-Brite Electric has been in business since
1977 and has provided excellent electrical maintenance
and construction to manufactureres, high tech assembly
companies, warehouses, laboratories, and public buildings
throughout Connecticut. Stephen and Paul Borrelli have
emphasized the principles of quality workmanship, timely
completion, competitive pricing and integrity. It
was their father Carl who passed these business ethics
onto them, and that tradition continues in their focus
on helping young adults like Brian.
Brian Walsh's experience at All-Brite has
included viewing the inner workings of the company such
as outdoor lighting, pole maintenance, emergency and exit

and fiber optics, dimming systems, high-end electrical
distribution systems, in-house design and implementation

Brian's impression of All-Brite left him
even more determined to pursue a successful career in the
electrical field. "It has given me first hand experience
on how the trade works, and I will definitely pursue the
electrical trade upon graduation."
Supervisor . Suzanne Ucci was pleased to
note that Stephan and Paul Borrelli commented positively
on the fine skills and solid work ethic Brian brought and
