(February, 2008) The major production project being done on
the Resident State Trooper Police
Barrack by all four construction shops in Beacon Falls continues.
Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC students are all working together
in the framed structure built earlier by the Carpentry department.
Plumbing students are putting in a full bathroom in the 2nd
floor dormer addition. Electrical students are putting
in service including outlets and lighting fixtures as well.
HVAC is preparing to put in a central air conditioning system
and will be converting the heating system from an electric
to a gas-fired setup to save on energy costs.
