Emmett O'Brien Class of 2010 and 2011 Culinary Arts students did an amazing job with the yearly Trade and Technology Committee dinner. The menu was formulated in collaboration with the chefs and executed flawlessly. Beginning with salads and ending with deserts there was something for everyone to enjoy before the trades split up to hold individual meetings.

The Trade and Technology Committee members are vital members of Emmett O'Brien. Their participation and support enable the trades to remain current in their teaching and facilities.
