BREAKFAST AND LUNCH MENUS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2018-19

The Connecticut Technical Education and Career System School Meals Program prides itself on serving nutritious breakfasts and lunches to students in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Our School Meals team is eager to prepare and offer a varied selection of breakfast and lunch meals that are both healthy and well-balanced, providing students with the nutrition they need to succeed in the classroom.

All meals are planned in compliance with the standards established by the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs. Menus support, promote and reinforce the USDA Dietary Guidelines for Americans, encouraging increased consumption of nutrient dense foods and beverages such as fresh fruits, colorful vegetables, whole grains and low fat dairy products, while limiting levels of saturated and trans fats, sodium and added sugars.
