Platt’s Diversity Team presented a panel discussion to celebrate Women’s History Month. The panel was comprised of three high powered women who described what it is like in today’s workforce. Titled “Preparing for the Real World” the program featured Tatiana Messina who is a prosecutor at Bridgeport Superior Court, Kim Freda currently the Assistant VP at Milford Bank and Dietra Hawkins a psychologist at Yale University speaking to seniors and juniors students about issues ranging from obstacles along the way to more global predictions of the workplace in years to come.
