length of the program:
- Anatomy and Physiology
- Medical Terminology
- Pharmacology
- Clinical Procedures
- Computer Applications
- Medical Law and Ethics
- Therapeutic Communication
- Transcription
- Billing and Coding
- CPR/First Aid
- Administrative Procedures
Externship Experience: After successfully completing classroom
coursework, the student is placed in either a physician’s
office, walk-in center, hospital or clinic for a six-week practical
experience.
