Prince Tech Students Participate in Adolescent Leadership Program

A group of Prince Tech students participated in the Wheeler Clinic's Adolescent Leadership Program for teen parents . As part of the leadership development curriculum the students visited the State Capitol on Wednesday, May 14th.  The students had the pleasure of spending an hour with Senator Eric Coleman with whom they discussed the challenges of being a teen parent. In particular they asked Senator Coleman to support their need to have quality day care available so they can continue their education. These student will be making a presentation about their experience with this program to the school administraton and invited guests in the near future.
