Write a 2-3 paragraph News Story on the events that occurred on April 17, 1975 in Cambodia. (Invasion of the Khmer Rouge/Killing fields) These events provide the background for this novel. Include the 5 W’s in this story. (who, what, where, when and why) and the effect these events had on the Cambodian people. A picture of this event.
