Have
you ever asked yourself: Who prints the labels used on plastic bottles
for famous personal care products like Ponds, Dove, AXE, Olay ?
Well, there is a multinational company called CCL Label that leads
the label printing industry and offers a wide variety of services
to product manufacturers around the globe. After company officers
visited our school, they invited one of our seniors, Eskarlin Cabrera
- Graphics Shop, to participate in a job shadowing activity at their
plant in Shelton. They were very impressed with her enthusiasm and
professional demeanor. The visit went extremely well and Eskarlin
was recruited as a printing apprentice. The company will provide
full training (with pay) to Eskarlin to ensure she is ready to work
full time as soon as she graduates.
This
company offers very competitive salaries and benefits that will
allow Eskarlin to develop highly specialized industry skills and
opportunities for promotions. The student has secured a well paid
career and has served as a great ambassador for our school. Now
the company wants to interview two more seniors ! Did I mention
Eskarlin is only 16 years old?
