Whitney Tech Holds Third Blood Drive for the School Year

The Whitney Tech Sophomore class and the Health Technology trade collaborated to hold its third blood drive to support the American Red Cross. Freshmen students from the Health Technology trade had a real life opportunity to greet and register potential donors and start them in the screening process. Several students and staff who donated returned after their experience earlier this year to give again. We collected approximately 35 pints of blood. Each can save up to 3 lives!
