Lance is a Work-based Learning student, who works at Scoville Plumbing and Heating in Torrington.  He has participated in many fundraisers for Cystic Fibrosis.  He volunteers at the local Food Pantry, and also tutors elementary students at Torringford Elementary School.  At school he helps with our annual Thanksgiving Dinner for locally needy people and the Breakfast with Santa program.

“When Mr. Danielczuk told me I had won again, I was very proud to be chosen as the only representative from our school,” said Lance recently.

Mr. Danielczuk commented that “Lance is an outstanding student and a fine representative of the OWTS community.  He is an honor student that excels in academics and shop.  He is involved in sports and community service, in addition to working an outside job.  Lance is a leader and works well with his peers and instructors.  We are proud of his many accomplishments.”
