The Connecticut Technical Education and Career System (CTECS) offers exceptional training programs in the airframe mechanics and aircraft maintenance at the following Bristol Technical Education Center extension campuses.

The 2-year aviation maintenance curriculum provides training that enables the students to develop operative skills that meet the requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration.

Upon completing the General, Airframe and Power Plant curricula, the student is prepared to take the FAA examinations. After passing these tests the student will be certified as an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic.

The school day begins at 7:25 a.m. and ends at 2:15 p.m.
