In order to be considered for a posted vacancy, a current CTECS employee must meet the following eligibility requirements per Article 11 of the SVFT Contract:

  1. The full-time candidate must have at least 3 full years of full-time employment within the CTECS system.
  2. The candidate has not initiated a transfer within the last two years (for lateral transfers).
  3. The candidate does not have an unsatisfactory evaluation and/or is not on supervisory assistance.
